Hello, I have found only this example http://www.biopython.org/wiki/GFF_Parsing#Writing_GFF3 how to write Genbank file to GFF3. However, I can not find any examples how to generate GFF3 files with feature and sub_feature. Are there some examples how to write to GFF3? Thank you in advance.
