No problem, you just switched the import statement.

from Bio.SeqUtils import ProtParam

sequence = ''DTKTLIKTIVT"

ProtParam.ProteinAnalysis(sequence)

or

import Bio.SeqUtils.ProtParam

sequence = ''DTKTLIKTIVT"

ProteinAnalysis(sequence)


It's a namespace issue :)
