[BioPython] Biopython installation syntax error

Hi,

I took Bruce's advice before I saw Peter's e-mail.  I've now upgraded  
to Python2.5 and kept NumPy 1.1.1, biopython seems to be up and  
running.  Thanks so much for your help.
