Hi, my Biopython version seems to be 1.52
bjorn at bjorn-laptop:~$ python
Python 2.6.4 (r264:75706, Dec  7 2009, 18:45:15)
[GCC 4.4.1] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import Bio
>>> Bio.__version__
'1.52'

This works really well to get only five cutters and above (rb is a
restriction batch):

rb = [x for x in rb if len(x) > 4]

which was what I wanted initially.
Thanks for all help!
Happy hollidays!
/bjorn
