[BioPython] installing mxtext tools

My guess is you tried a standard "python setup.py install" which
won't work on mxTextTools (because egenix provide things pre-compiled).
On their webpage they suggest this for a system wide install:

sudo python setup.py build --skip install

If all else fails, I suggest you ask on the egenix mailing list:
