[BioPython] Numeric/Biopython install

Here are the error messages that you asked for when installing biopython:

*Indeed, when I manually navigate there, I cannot find a config folder. *


NUMERIC:
*I don't know if this is an error during the RPM install of Numeric, or 
just that I havent got, nor need some dependencies, but I get the message- *

Some requested packages not installed due to unsatisfied Libg2c.so.0*
