[BioPython] Remote PSI-Blast scripts

Hi,
    has anyone got any example scripts going that use PSI-Blast for
remote submission please?

There is a version which does a local psi-blast search at the Pasteur
Institute page

but from the API I don't see how remote jobs can be performed.  Are
there any good references in O'Reilly (or similar) books?
