[BioPython] enabling Tkinter on Mac

Hi,
I installed the macpython 2.3 instead of building 2.3 from source,
I dont seem to have Tkinter enabled, does anyone know how to do this on 
a Mac?
I am not even sure where all the files are (Mac puts things in odd 
places)
