eventually my little tool called WebToolViewer could be helpfull.

PS: Eventuall some other people could be interessted in these tool.
You can describe a webfrom with an xml file and then proceed so much
datasets as you want to do. No restrictions of only 1.000 Sequences
anymore :-).
