[BioPython] Biopython logo in crystal

Some time ago I mentioned that the biopython logo was burned into a crystal 
block. Here's a computer generated file of what it looks like. The perfect 
birthday gift for biopython affictionados :-) The technique itself is 
actually quite interesting : you can burn any 3D shape into such a crystal 
block.
