[BioPython] Downloading bug fixes

Yeah, this is a known problem with all of the Bio* CVS sites. Other
things are also broken (diffs against previous revisions, etc), and
they all appear to be due to the software generating this type of
abnormal URL.
ViewCVS is written in python (coincidentally enough) and Chris (the
great guru of all things involving the open-bio websites) asked for
help on this. I spent some time looking at this, but couldn't find
where the problem was, and got distracted quite quickly (I must
admit that debugging this kind of code is not my idea of a good time
:-).
Anyways, for now I'll be happy to send you any bug-fixes, etc you'd
like, if you don't have access to anonymous CVS
(http://cvs.biopython.org). Just e-mail me separately and say what
you want, and I'll send 'em your way.
