[BioPython] PyUnit

User "katel" has just been added to the biopython group which
means that write access to the biopython repository should
be no problem.

If problems happen double check the $CVSROOT environment
variable and if it says "/home/repository/bioperl" then it is going
to have to be changed to "/home/repository/biopython" for
the duration of the cvs work.

Let me know how it goes.

I've checked this into the biopython CVS tree under:
biopython/Tests/UnitTests

Hopefully, we can start unifying the current regression tests into your
excellent framework.

Chris, does Cayte have write access to the biopython CVS repository?
