Thanks for confirming that. I have updated the release instructions on the wiki:

I've not heard back from the Twitter enquiry, but have just added the
links to the wiki page anyway.

Which version of NumPy do you have on your machine for Python 3.5? I
try to note this on the wiki because they do change their API from
time to time.
