[Biopython-dev] 2 possible errors in Tutorial files

I don't really know anything about .tex files. I was using pandoc to
convert to markdown and both of these files failed with errors.

Peter, I have cc you because I sent this email a couple days ago and it
bounced back today as rejected. email error at the very end.

On this first it seems pandoc does not like the "/" after the "%" which
comments out the url.

$ pandoc -s chapter_appendix.tex -o chapter_appendix.tex
pandoc:
Error at "source" (line 191, column 5):
unexpected "{"
expecting letter or lf new-line
\end{document}
    ^

I think here the problem is the \end{document}  when there is no \begin.
$ pandoc -s chapter_graphics.tex -o chapter_graphics.tex
pandoc:

unexpected "%"
expecting lf new-line, "{" or "\\"
