Minor: Biopython -> It (i.e. this release, not in general)?

On rereading, we shouldn't talk about "the master branch", that is

The new experimental module Bio.CodonAlign facilitates building
codon alignment and further analysis upon it. This work is from
the Google Summer of Code (GSoC) project by Zheng Ruan.
(And update the NEWS file to match).
