[Biopython-dev] Latest commits building successfully on windows 8, 32bit build env.

Hey all,

I know we have a release coming soon so I built the latest version on
Windows up to commit 29d4c38fab by Tiago. I'm building in relatively simple
environments, numpy, scipy, and matplotlib on 32 bit windows 8.

Here's the results: complete readout included as a pastebin link.
For Python 2.7: 231 tests run, no errors <http://pastebin.com/6Czf0NwX>
