Hi, Still on the quest for a test run that actually runs all the tests. Can someone suggest what would be a sensible value for DIALIGN2-DIR? It seems that setting up the test is not trivial: there seems to be a need a BLOSUM file inside the dialign directory? Any clues would be appreciated...
