[Biopython-dev] GSoC 2014

Hello!

I'm a third year student learning bioengineering and bioinformatics and I'm
interested in participating in GSoC and contributing to the BioPython
project. In particular, working on multiple alignments and scoring matrices
(PSSMs) seems interesting to me. For example, I find convenient to
implement Gerstein-Sonnhammer-Chothia and Henikoff weighting procedures.
What do you think? What my next steps should be like?
