[Biopython-dev] Python 3.4

Since mysqldb isn't being actively maintained, that seems like
a good plan - thanks :)

Note several very old bits of Biopython use MySQL (not just
BioSQL), but I suspect they are not in wide use, and could be
targets for deprecation.
