The documentation for Codon Alignment GSoC project is now available in
reStructuredText, LaTeX (pdf) and HTML format at http://zruanweb.com/. To
this point, I finished all the tasks of my project. I really enjoy the
coding experience in the past two months. Thanks for all your help and
valuable feedback!
