Hi Yanbo,

Looks like you finished your project right on schedule. :)

For the next week, how are you planning to document your new modules? It
looks like you've put the essential information in the docstrings, which is
good to see. If you write more detailed explanations or examples of how to
use the new features on the Biopython wiki next week, I can help roll them
into the main tutorial. Or you could make a patch to Tutorial.tex directly,
if you'd like.

The unit tests look pretty good already. Thanks for all your hard work!
