When running

handle = Entrez.esearch(db="pubmed", term="Wellcome[GRNT]", retmax=100000)

and then .efetch on all the 70k+ results ...

I get warnings about the following missing DTD files:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/corehtml/query/DTD/pubmed_130501.dtd
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/corehtml/query/DTD/nlmmedlinecitationset_130501.dtd
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/corehtml/query/DTD/bookdoc_130101.dtd

I downloaded them locally, but the warnings say I should "file a bug" too to let you know.
