Hi Brandon,

I only tested your fix on my Mac which doesn't have PAML installed.
The buildslaves caught some problems last night:

e.g. from a 64bit Linux machine,

  File "test_PAML_codeml.py", line 245, in testParseAllNSsites
    self.assertEqual(len(results["NSsites"]), 6, version_msg)
AssertionError: Improper parsing for version 4.3

And from a 32bit Windows machine,
