Hi, I also got the files from refseq (through the ftp server: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/refseq/release/mitochondrion/mitochondrion.1.genomic.gbff.gz). FYI I'm using 1.57. It's good to know that this is fixed for future releases. Matthias
