[Biopython-dev] Porting Biopython docs to Sphinx

Hi Matt,

Since you've shown an interest in tidying up Biopython, I thought it might
be worth asking -- would you like to try porting Biopython's API
documentation to Sphinx?

Here's the relevant bug for this project:

The sub-bugs detail how to do this without any sudden upheavals to the
entire codebase.

I've been tied up with other projects lately, but if you have any interest
in taking the lead on this project, I can help out.
