Hi again.

My guess is you got the (default) master branch from
Nick's repository, not the Geography branch:
https://github.com/nmatzke/biopython/branches

Try something like this before installing,

git clone https://github.com/nmatzke/biopython.git
cd biopython
git checkout Geography
