[Biopython-dev] BOSC 2012 - Biopython Update

Probably I caught a grammar mistake.

Should we correct  "Biopython 1.60 is expected *to have been* released by
BOSC 2012"  to "Biopython 1.60 is expected *to be* released by BOSC 2012"?

Probably I was wrong. I am not a native speaker. :-)
