Which version of Python 3 do you have? We're testing on Python 3.1 and 3.2 at
the moment, ignoring Python 3.0.

Also, could you retry using the latest Biopython from git? This now calls 2to3
automatically from setup.py which is much simpler than manually calling 2to3 at
the command line.
