Hi Bartek,

I updated the DEPRECATED about their removal, and NEWS to
mention you've contributed to what will be Biopython 1.56.

Could you check if there is anything in test_MEME.py worth keeping
(i.e. moving into test_Motif.py), and then delete test_MEME.py?
