[Biopython-dev] Biopython 1.56 release plans

I think the following should be removed before the release:
Bio/SwissProt/SProt.py
Bio/Transcribe.py
Bio/Translate.py
as well as the Iterator class in Bio/SCOP/Dom.py.
These have been deprecated since Biopython 1.52.
