I've applied the patch to my pdbfixes branch on GitHub:
http://github.com/etal/biopython/commit/cc9da03002ae90a3b8eedae69a8adae7216506b8

And added a couple unit tests so we know when further modifications change the
way header info is parsed (which will be desirable at some point).
