Great, so how do you want to implement this? I believe the patch I posted does
define an 'imgt' format with all the necessary stuff other than writing. But
if you'd like to make it more concise, let me know what to do. (The patch also
doesn't incorporate the latest changes you made to the EMBL parser. Speaking
of which, I was finally able to use the SeqIO.index function successfully using
the parser. However, when there are feature keys flush against the location
qualifiers, it still raises an exception.)
