Thanks for catching this. I modified the comment to make it ANSI-C compliant, but otherwise it looks good. I made one more change to Bio/Cluster/clustermodule.c that should fix the problems on Windows.
I'll go over the other modules over the next couple of days but hopefully nothing else will break.
