[Biopython-dev] Python 3.2 testing

A nice bonus is that the 2to3 script from Python 3.2 is
at least twice as fast as the previous version I'd been
using (probably from Python 3.1). This is noticeable
on the buildbot run times, but more so when running
it by hand. This is good news for doing the 2to3 as
part of setup.py like NumPy does :)
