I don't really see the utility of having the id field be anything else other
than the actual model ID as reported in the PDB file. Typically looping in
Python isn't done based on using sequence indices. It's fine if the models are
in indices 0 to n-1 in the child_list member of a structure, but I think their
ID member should still reflect the actual model identifier.
