The MODEL record format for PDB files has an integer model identifier
(e.g., "MODEL        1") not currently written to output.
Files read (Bio.PDB.PDBIO.PDBParser.get_structure) and then immediately written
back out have MODEL records lacking any ID, even though a model id is stored.
