[Biopython-dev] Updating http://biopython.open-bio.org/SRC/biopython/

Hi Peter;
Do we need to keep replicating this now that we've got GitHub? That
gives us anonymous checkouts of the code, and on demand tarball
generation. It seems like we could save a few cycles and worries by
eliminating this.
