MMCIF2Dict patch for use with new MMCIFlex

I don't know if MMCIF2Dict.py has bugs or not with the lex/flex/C version of
MMCIFlex.py. However, these corrections are necessary for testing the complete
package of MMCIFParser and the MMCIF2Dict and MMCIFlex modules written without
need for lex/flex/C. So I am attaching them here!
