[Biopython-dev] NumPy conversion / Bio.KDTree / Bio.Cluster.

Hi Michiel;
Great stuff. One quick note, it doesn't look like KDTreemodule.c got
checked into CVS:

gcc: Bio/KDTree/KDTreemodule.c: No such file or directory
