OK - but I'll leave it in rather than risk breaking the old psycopg driver.

Sorry - I knew Frank had CVS access and had assumed you did too. If you think
you'll need CVS access, send an email on the dev-list. In the meantime, I'm
happy to check this in on your behalf.
