I "fixed" SwissProt.SProt.Iterator by deprecating it. Instead of
SwissProt.SProt.Iterator, we recommend using Bio.SwissProt.parse and
Bio.SeqIO.parse.

Next on the to-do list is SwissProt.KeyWList.extract_keywords.
