[Biopython-dev] Code of BLAST XML to HTML

Here is the code to convert a BLAST XML file (with one or multiple
entries) into one or multiple HTML file(s).
It is working with my inputs files (from BLAST 2.2.17 and 18).

I don't know whether this should be included into Biopython or not, I
am sending to the list since somebody may find it useful anyway.
