After applying the updated the patch on bug 2058 to remove the Martel
dependancy from Bio.Fasta, things are a LOT better.

Note that with mxTextTools 3, test_Fasta would still fail on indexing a file as
a simple database using Mindy.

With the patch I think we only have five unit test failures:

test_Fasta
test_GenBankFormat
test_KEGG
test_format_registry
test_geo
