I don't see why test_NNGene and test_SCOP_Astral would fail - as far as I can
see, there is no link to Martel.

Stephen - Would you be able to post the output of the following (run in the
Tests subdirectory):

python test_NNGene.py
python test_SCOP_Astral.py
