Patch to BioSQL/__init__.py, Loader.py and BioSeq.py

Removes the mapping of db_xref keys.

Both unit tests pass, test_BioSQL.py and test_BioSQL_SeqIO.py

Any comments/objections from the mailing list to this being committed?
