Issue One
---------
Missing %s in BioSQL/Loader.py approx line 240.  Fixed in CVS, BioSQL/Loader.py
revision 1.19

Issue Two
---------
The cursor problem.  I've checked in the suggested fix from my comment 7, Eric
Gibert suggested the same thing on the mailing list.

Eric's email suggests we also have to do something about finishing the SQL
transaction - i.e. actually doing a commit to save the inserted records in the
databse.
