I've marked this bug as closed since the code and the unit test have been
checked in.

I've put a little example on the wiki here,
http://www.biopython.org/wiki/SeqIO#Using_the_SEGUID_checksum

We should still add something similar to the tutorial (perhaps based on
Sebastian's comment 7 examples?)
