[Biopython-dev] Which NCBI / Entrez module?

As Bio.EUtils is more advanced than Bio.WWW.NCBI, I'd be in favor of
deprecating Bio.WWW.NCBI if there is sufficient documentation for Bio.EUtils.
Currently though, we have some documentation for Bio.WWW.NCBI but little for
Bio.EUtils.
