[Biopython-dev] Manual

Hi guys,

It's high time to update the manual. I've added a lot of stuff about the PDB 
code, but apparantly that is still not present in the downloadable document 
and I'm getting complaints about that :-)

Shall I make new PS and PDF versions of the manual from the CVS version?
