Mine. Fixed.

There is still a failure in the distinct BioSQL regression test for me
because I do not have psycopg installed. This is not listed as a
dependency in the README.

Fixed, fixed, and fixed. Of course, these require having MySQLdb
installed (not in the README either--should I update it?).
